Suppliers Declaration
Confirmation regarding adherence to ban on materials in accordance with the so-called EU-Old car directive EU-directive 2000/53/EG dated 18.09.2000.
We confirm to our customers that all products and component parts thereof which we deliver correspond to the EU- old car directive in the respective version and that the bans on substances named therein, i.e. the heavy metals lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium(CR VI) are adhered to. In as far as, in accordance with the directive mentioned above, the substances lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium may be contained in parts, then we guarantee that the composition of these parts correspond to the contents listed in Appendix II.
