Progress with responsibility

As a forward-looking company, we take our ecological responsibilities very seriously. Our objective is to develop environmentally-friendly products and to manufacture these in a manner which has the minimum impact on resources and the environment.

We are dedicated to the continuous improvement of our company’s environmental performance. In 2001 we introduced an environment management system on an international basis, compliant with DIN EN ISO 14001, and carry out regular checks on this in order to make further improvements.

Our employees receive continuous training and information on ecological matters.

We use energy and raw materials sparingly. Any waste from production processes is re-used wherever possible. All scrap is sorted and disposed of in an environmentally-friendly manner.

We hold regular open discussions with customers and public authorities on ecological questions. We also involve our suppliers and outside contractors in our environment management system. We comply with all national legislation, at home and abroad.
